This policy describes how FrameAxis Sourcing handles information sent through the procurement form. The form posts to /service/feedback.act using the existing field names for name, company, email, phone and content. Auxiliary budget and preference controls are merged into the content field during formdata serialization and are not stored as extra backend columns.
Send the business contact and the building requirement you want factories to see: use, specification, quantity, destination, delivery timing, loads and jurisdiction when you know them. Do not send payment card numbers, government identity numbers, or health files. Drawings are not uploaded by this form. If a later message asks for a drawing, send it only to the person who is actually quoting.
The note is read to understand the sourcing request, to ask clarifying questions, and to request alternative quotations from factories that build a similar product family. It is not used to build a public customer list, and it is not sold as a marketing file. A supplier preference you type is a buying hint. It is not a credit score and it is not shared as a judgment about a named plant.
The inquiry is kept long enough to finish the comparison you asked for and to answer a follow-up about that same brief. This page does not invent a retention year. If you want a specific note deleted, say so in a new message through the same form and include enough detail to find the earlier request.
Factories asked to quote may see the technical requirement. They should not need your private notes beyond what the comparison requires. Hosting and mail providers that carry the form may process the transmission as part of operating the channel. FrameAxis Sourcing does not claim a special certification for that processing.
The browser may store a first-display time for the sourcing-support notice and a session flag if you close the ticker. Those values control whether the notice still shows. They are not a profile of your building project. Closing the ticker does not delete the inquiry you already submitted.
Privacy questions use the same form as project questions. Write privacy in the requirement field. There is no separate published street address or mailbox on this site. If a law gives you a right to access or correct business contact details you sent, use that form to start the request.
