These terms govern use of the FrameAxis Sourcing website and the inquiry channel that posts to /service/feedback.act. The site is an independent sourcing partner. It helps a business buyer describe a modular, portable or steel building requirement and request quotations from other parties. It does not claim to be an authorized dealer, and it does not sell a named brand product from its own yard.
A submission is a request for information. Name, company, email, phone and the procurement requirement are the fields the channel already accepts. Optional budget text and a supplier preference are merged into that requirement during form submission. They are not new database columns, and they are not a purchase order. Sending the form does not create a contract to supply a building, to hold a price, or to reserve a production slot.
The buyer remains responsible for the accuracy of use, dimensions, design loads, code jurisdiction, quantity, destination and the split between shell, delivered, installed and turnkey work. If a figure is unknown, the buyer should say so. FrameAxis Sourcing may organize questions for factories. It does not replace the architect, the structural engineer, the authority having jurisdiction, or the contractor who will sign for site work.
Prices, lead times, certificates and drawings that come back belong to the party that issued them. They must be read against the quoted system and the project address. A silence on freight, tax, foundation or installation means that line is unconfirmed. Nothing on this website is a representation that a factory has been audited, that a document is current, or that a building will pass review.
Do not use the site to impersonate another company, to scrape content for a fake storefront, or to submit specifications you have no right to share. Do not present FrameAxis Sourcing as the manufacturer of a module or as the owner of a searched trademark. Trademarks mentioned in buyer notes stay the property of their owners and appear only as search context.
To the extent the law allows, FrameAxis Sourcing is not liable for a factory late shipment, a design error in a third-party calculation, a permit denial, or a difference between a budget note and a later quotation. The buyer should obtain its own commercial terms before awarding work. These website terms do not limit a duty that a statute refuses to limit.
Page text may be updated as the sourcing checklist changes. The version you see when you submit is the version that applies to that submission. Questions about these terms can be sent through the same inquiry form, with the word terms in the requirement field so the note is not mistaken for a building quote.
